One of the protagonists of our new project is the VERIS professional soil spectrophotometer, which came to us last fall as a donation from Australia, courtesy of the Berney Foundation. This year, it is continuing its valuable work on Hungarian land, at our on-farm partner, Csoroszlya Farm.
